Default 00-42 rosette pics

Since this rosette is to be incorporated into the fretboard, the inner rings had to be set further from the sound hole for effect. I see more green/blue hues in this rosette than the 45S. Exactly what I wanted. So far so good!

Top bracing pics next. Thanks for looking!

I was just about to tuck the bridge plate that I made for a belly bridge, luckily checked the specs before I did and made a new one for a pyramid bridge

Need to work on my car today cause I'm taking it for a vehicle inspection tomorrow morning, I hope it passes! But the bracing should be finished in a couple of days.

Default Good catch!

Although a belly bridge wouldn't kill the deal for me, I'm glad you checked the spec sheet.

Default 00-42 Top bracing.

Bracing HHG to top.

Top radius shot.

Nicely and deeply scalloped.

The smaller bridge plate will more closely mimic the mid-late 20's style and will support a Ebony pyramid bridge.

The D-45S sides are being bent right now and the box should be completed next.

Thanks Per!

Loving it! Waiting on Per to bend the sides for mine as well, but I think he's waiting on the OM mold.

Default 00-42 box closing.

Here we go… top and back pre close.

And after. Looks like Per took my guitar for a walk. Can't blame him, looks real nice there.

Thanks for these pics Per. Love the grain and figure.

And this batch is starting to cook! You can see the variety of sizes and styles in this batch. 0,00,000, and 12 and 14 fret Dreads.

Thanks Per!

Beautiful work! I just read the entire 80 page blazer and henkes tread over at umgf (highly recommend)- and now I can see why Per holds himself to such a high standard..

Thanks Per!
Despite the fact that it looks like he "batch builds", it surely looks like he treats each as an individual build, yet receives the benefits of efficiencies of performing multiple processes at a time. Very nice work and well organized.

I took the Marklund 12 Fret down to the park on Puget Sound this afternoon to play while watching the cruise ships head up to Alaska. Felt like winter this afternoon! Brrrr...

Took a couple of photos to share….I sure enjoy the photos Per takes, don't you?

anyway…no swiss flowers, women or woodworkers here……
