Hey thanks guys! I'm loving it - like bukwheat said, I've had it plugged into the Marshalls....sweeeet. Gotta stop for a while tho, my ears are ringing...
 The Memphis thing is just a branding thing I think...comes with the documentation and on the case...? They kept referring to it as a "Memphis" edition at the store...probably just marketing.  Yup, I think you're right...my GAS is here to stay.
