Default Bandurria strings

Any recommendations?

I want the steel string sound. I will probably tune it to GCFBbDG.

It depends on what type of bandurria you have. Mine is a Filipino bandurria and it has 14 strings arranged in one single string bass course, then two double string courses and three triple string courses. All courses are unisons and I tune mine as an octave guitar.
I think that Spanish bandurrias can have 12 strings arranged in double string courses.
