Orlando International Guitar Expo
I just realized this is going on this weekend about 2 hours from me. (guitarexpo.net) Has anyone ever been?
What's it like, is it really crowded, etc Thanks!

Yes, it can be crowded, especially when it opens Sat. morning. It appears that the electrics outnumber the acoustics, but you never know what you might find. People start packing up Sunday but that’s when deals are to be made. It is noisy, but you will see some good players. Don’t plan on eating lunch or buying a beer there as there are better alternatives outside the fairgrounds. Overall, the largest “music” store in the state for 2-3 days.

Thanks for the responses. I'm still on the fence about going to this (I hate I-4!), so any further comments are welcome.
It would give me a chance to check out Jimmy's Vintage Music near Lakeland on the way (I live in Clearwater), so I'm leaning toward going. Not really looking to buy anything, but love to look at guitars of all types. Also, I have a Rainsong I'm planning to sell. I've been to other shows where you could walk around with a guitar with a for sale sign. Does anyone know if that's allowed?

I live in New Smyrna Beach - about 1 hour from Orlando - and never knew this was a thing. I should probably check out it.

I was planning to go. Something come up, so that may not happen.
I was there a couple of years ago and scored a fairly good deal on a 47 D-18. We've always enjoyed it, and yes it can get crowded and noisy. Yes, selling is allowed, though good luck on selling your Rainsong - you will be low balled, and most dealers seems only to be interested in buying old/vintage stuff. The D-18 I bought had one ragged out case, and while we were walking around I had several parties approach me want to know what I had for sell. My wife was hauling a fairly new Taylor 816CE that I was trying to unload, but nobody was interested in that... D
