Default Pac NW Instrument Show This Weekend

If you live in the Pacific Northwest, consider attending the NORTWEST HANDMADE INSTRUMENT EXHIBIT this weekend. It's going on from noon to 5 pm, both Saturday and Sunday (4/28 & 29) at Marylhurst University in Lake Oswego, OR--a suburb of Portland. Although not nearly as large as the Healdsburg festival, it has some fine, world-class luthiers including Bob Ruck, Jeff Elliot, Alan Perlman, John Greven, Ray Kraut--oh, and myself.
Admission is $3. www.nwmusicalinstrumentshow.org

Thank you Michael. I'd heard that last years show was very nice. Couldn't attend as I was working our show at the Convention Center.

Really looking forward to attending. Some great mini-concerts planned to showcase some great guitars and luthiers.

I've had the impression that this show is Oregon and Washington only--not open to California luthiers. What are the rules on that?

I don't think this impression is true...

Howard...entry is not restricted to Oregon and Washington. Cyndy Burton is the one to contact for entry information. Once she sends out the initial email, one needs to respond quickly because it fills up very fast! It's a wonderful show organized by wonderful people.

Howard, Loren is right. Alan Perlman will be attending. Makers also will be coming from BC and Idaho.
