What custom guitar commissions are you expecting delivery on in 2020?

Somehow there is less than a month remaining in 2019 (How did that happen again?). I suspect that a number of fellow AGFers have some custom guitar commissions in the queue that we may be lucky enough to see realized here in the AGF “Custom Shop” throughout 2020.

What type of guitar(s) are you expecting and from which luthier(s) will we be seeing here in 2020?

I will added a summary list that I will update from time to time over the next 6-weeks (through mid January) based on responses in this initial post.

I have a Saddel pal coming from the guys over at Lame Horse Guitars.
Going with East Asian rosewood with a spruce top.
Still early in the order process but planning on a burst top with geometric theme for the fret markers and the rosette.
wife and I have hoses and she is a equine vet just as Chris is so wanted to have a guitar that complements our life style.

Ray Kraut has started on my Swiss/Brazilian 00. Delivery should be in January or February 2020. I will be starting a build thread in a week or two.

I believe my Circa 00-12 will be coming late next year. Adirondack spruce and Brazilian with style 30 appointments. It’s hard to know for sure, though. My LeGeyt CLM with Swiss spruce and mahogany will also be completed next year - at least I think so. I don’t have anything else planned at the moment.

I have two commissioned guitars scheduled for delivery in 2020:

1) John Buscarino is building me a 16” Fiddleback Sycamore Maple/Carpathian Spruce Monarch model archtop.
2) Mark Blanchard is building me a Brazilian Rosewood B&S/TBD Spruce Tamarack model flattop.

These are always fun. A Froggy Bottom M DLX in 19th Century German and Mahogany. I'll probably see it around Feb. Hoping for a Manzer in the next 10 years ;-)

I am opting for Brazilian for the fretboard, bridge, binding, etc. where the first one used ebony, but Mark found a very dark set, so it won't look much different. We hope to have it done in time to take it to B.I.G.(er).
