Default The Holly and the Ivy/Away in a Manger

Sharing one more older Christmas recording that I don't think anyone else has posted lately. A medley of The Holly and the Ivy and the English variant of Away in a Manger, played on my Tony Yamamoto miniature 12-string:

Merry Christmas everyone!

What a lovely arrangement. And I love the trebles that you get on that recording without any harshness at all. Very nicely done.
A very merry Christmas to you Doug.

Wry nice indeed! There’s something about a 12 string that sounds really festive!

Every note glistened like magic tinsel emitting dancing reflections of Christmas tree lights.

Perfect arrangement for that guitar, played with musicality and finesse.

There are links to my books in my signature:

There are two Christmas books, one in standard, one in DADGAD. Both have tunes using the same concept of being as simple as possible so that they can sight-read and embellished on the fly according to your own taste.
