It's just their new MB-6 guilele. I have tried several ukes and just hate not having the 2 other strings. It will go with me to uke jams, serve as another travel instrument and just be a fun little nylon guitar for messing around with. I've always wanted a Pono and I like the fact that the nut width is 1 3/4 vs 2, like the last guilele I had was. Solid wood hog....looking forward to it.

Update: The UPS website says the package is now scheduled to arrive on Tuesday, a day later than originally scheduled. But the package hasn't left the surburban Chicago yet. If it doesn't depart overnight, I'm guessing there will be another delay.

Since the new charges have been filed against the ex-cops involved in the murder, I'm hoping the protests will be more peaceful and not disrupt the commerce any further.

Hey TokyoNeko, I'm sorry to hear about the delay, but I'm sure it's just that --- a delay.

Are you a fellow Wildcat?

Bear down!

I had an outdoor gig today postponed because there was a demonstration scheduled nearby. It's going to be my first income since March 12!
Enjoy that guitar when it gets there!

Beaky,
Did you watch the video of a praying mantis that chewed the head off the murder hornet?

I gotta see that. It's pretty righteous that the praying insect slays the murder hornet.

I should be so lucky! - ( 3 day wait) . . .
I ordered a Yamaha LL16 Lefty April 15th from Sweetwater and there are none in the supply chain evidently - have been told it is supposed to arrive from China "around the 1st of July". Certainly not SW's fault. Have gotten over the high anxiety - now just hopeful anticipation. Will be interesting to see what the final disposition is - will post when NGD arrives . . .

Let's get back to more pertinent matters, the coming zombie apocalypse's effect on the music industry. I think that if the zombies play as well as the Zombies rock band, then everything will be ok.

That also compelled me to find another video in which the tables were turned...

After 50 hours, the package finally departed the suburban Chicago this morning. Here is hoping for no more delay.

On a side note, UPS changed the wording from "civil unrest" to "civil demonstration" as the cause of delay.

I have a used subwoofer coming from Washington State to Ohio. I ordered it on 6/2. Originally was supposed to be delivered on 6/9. Today, just got the message about the delay due to civil unrest, so it's probably in/near Chicago now. The fact I'm paying $125 in shipping is what troubles me the most.

Anyone else going through something similar?
