Default Nameless {original}

Some more "mood" music.

I had started an additional section for this, but it was more unique than related to the theme in "Nameless" that I decided to work on it as a separate piece which is in the early stages of development

Excellent, Barry. I think this is your best yet in establishing mood/melody and a "story" to the piece! The melody easily held me through the entire song....which I think is the key to its quality.
Great job!

Totally agree with Fred. I really liked what you have going on throughout. I also think it's your best recording effort as far as noise, balance and volume go.

There are empty unexplainable times in my life in which this fits so well. Thanks so much Barry.

Thanks Fred! I've been trying to transition from "entertaining to write and play" to "entertaining to listen to." It's good to hear that I'm getting there.

Thanks Mike. I had recorded this with my ribbon mic at mid fretboard and my AT2035 at the lower bout. As an experiment I cut out the ribbon track because I was concerned about removing all of the mic's self noise and dup'd the at2035 and panned hard, and then did some eq.

I have a Cloudlifter on the way so I'm sure that will help the ribbon. Thanks for listening and the feedback.

It's always nice to revolve around a theme. You have to give an emotion and here it is

Really cool composition Barry! And the sound is very good, which adds to the appeal! Very nice playing and very intriguing musical piece! Very thoughtful...
