You are halfway there. Once your photo is uploaded, click on it. On the right side (on my computer in blue) you will see sizes at the bottom right. Click on medium thumbnail to size the image. Next go up two tabs and click on the "Copy" box to the right of BBcode. Now go back to your post and paste it below your text. Viola.
