No hd. It's for pt 12.6 and you get a bunch of plug ins with it like the Eleven guitar amp/effects plug in and a bunch of stomp box effects etc. It's the permanent license so will never expire. (Personally, I'm not a fan of this new subscription license model all these companies seem to be embracing but that is all personal preference I suppose.)
