2006 Goodall TZ000C
Ziricote / Master-grade bear claw Sitka spruce
Sold

Here's one you don't see every day! When's the last time you saw a Goodall 000 12-fret with a cutaway and ziricote back/sides? Indeed, this one is a real treat. That crazy-figured ziricote pairs beautifully with the bear claw Sitka, and you get that lush Goodall tone on steroids. Ziricote is a Mexican rosewood, and it's supplying some extra depth and layering to James's usual sound. You get a bit of extra room for fingerstyle playing with the wider nut and string spacing. Comes with original hardshell case.

2006 Goodall MhCJMh
All mahogany
$3995

Here's one of the best Goodalls I've ever played - full stop. It has just the right balance of complex Goodall 3D lushness against a dry sparkle that I can only attribute to the all mahogany body. Lots of power, but it's still balanced bottom to top. Plays absolutely fantastic. You don't see too many of these all-mahogany Goodalls, so if you're looking for the Goodall sound but want something different than EIR/spruce, this is your guitar! Comes with original hardshell case.

I have two Goodall Standards at home currently and I believe that these are some of the finest large bodied fingerstyle guitars that money can buy. One of mine is Palo Escrito as well and its shockingly good!! Some one should snag this killer FT Bragg built guitar while the gettings good!!!! Good luck with your sale.

I don't have many of James's Standards pass through the shop, and I think that's because folks tend to hold onto them. This guitar is enormously powerful, with an even, balanced tone provided by the palo escrito and AAA Port Orford cedar top. I'd say it's just a touch more colorful than your average Goodall because of the softer cedar top, but it will still bark at you. Plays fantastic. Comes with original hardshell case.

2016 Webber 000-12
Black walnut / cedar
$2195

I always love having David Webber's guitars in the shop, and it's a little bittersweet now that he is retired. This was probably one of his last guitars, in fact. It has a very balanced voice, with that "perfect vanilla" tone that I normally hear from David's guitars. Some beautiful walnut on this one, and it pairs well with the softer cedar. Action is very good. Comes with original hardshell case.

2010 Collings D1 Mh
All mahogany
$2795

Here's a dreadnought from Collings that you don't see every day. I wasn't sure about a dread in all mahogany, but it works! It's dry, and it's warm, and it has a mellow pop that feels great on the bass strings. Nice fat trebles too. This would make a fantastic all-around dread that you can flatpick and fingerpick. Comes with original hardshell case.

2008 Martin OMC-18 LJ
Mahogany / Adirondack
$3495

Here's a really neat one from Martin. You don't see these 18-style LJ's very often, and I can see why folks hold onto them. This guitar is light and airy but with a powerful projection and well-shaped notes. It's #65 from this Custom Edition series. Comes with original hardshell case.

2015 Joshua House Jumbo
Mahogany / Engelmann
$2695

This is my first Joshua House guitar in the shop, and I can't believe I've gone this long without playing one! This Jumbo is powerful but articulate, and it has a super clear voice. I'm adding him to my short list of incredible bargains in the guitar world - along with David Webber, Ted Thompson, etc. Comes with original hardshell case.

2014 Huss & Dalton TOM-M Custom
Sinker mahogany / Thermo Adirondack top
$4250

Here we have a sweet H&D OM with some nice custom options. This one is sinker mahogany with a thermo-cured Adirondack top, and then finished with a nice dark sunburst. Dark guitars are always a challenge to photograph, but it's really quite stunning in person. You get that lovely warm "glow" from the sinker and thermo Adirondack pairing, and it's light and sparkling too. Comes with original hardshell case.

I haven't heard from that guitar's owner in a few weeks, but I'll reach out to him now. My PM's should work now, so shoot me a message if you have any questions!

2014 Martin 0000-38 Custom Shop
EIR / Adirondack
$2895

Here's a fantastic Custom Shop guitar from Martin. This was built from an 0000-38 platform, and it was custom ordered with some nice features. I haven't seen many 0000's with a 12-fret neck, and it works very well for this guitar. Tons of headroom and warmth. I don't have the spec sheet (Martin wouldn't give it to me), but I'm told it had an MSRP of $6400. This guitar reminds me a lot of the Ditson dreadnought that Martin made, except in a more comfortable box. Comes with original hardshell case.

2014 Collings D1
Mahogany / Sitka
$2895

Here's a simple dreadnought from Collings that does everything right. The mahogany/Sitka combo gives it a light, airy voice with tight bass and a nice thump. It's fitted with a Trance Amulet pickup system. Comes with original hardshell case.
