What would y'all recommend for someone who goes back and forth between flat picking and fingerpicking with bare fingers, sometimes in the same song? There's no single setting for the treble that works for both.

Try to set the treble in the middle of the individual sweet spots of each right hand technique.

Sorry, I meant what PEDAL would you recommend? With more than one channel and the ability to switch between them.

How about a Zoom MS-50G? It's pretty inexpensive at $120 or so. It's got both 6-band EQ and param EQ settings (as well as a zillion other stuff too, you may find you use other stuff like noise gate or compressor or even FX). You can set up patches for each individual guitar and then even cycle the patches with the foot switch when you change guitars. It only has one input so you'll have to mute and plug / unplug when you change guitars. But there are two line level outputs, so you can drive a monitor and PA or whatever you want.
