The late great Pete Huttlinger posted several videos of him playing a few Beatles and semi-classical tunes on his nylon string guitar. As much as I tried to duplicate the sound on my steel strings, it just didn't sound right.

I went down that rabbit hole chasing the elusive sound.

Personally, I think by focusing on correcting my technique on both hands, my overall playing has improved a lot.
