like others here I have been back and forth. I now have one of each and its all good although my wood guitar is a gs mini which is mostly laminate and pretty durable, the thought of having an expensive wood guitar at this point just doesn't interest me. I also came the realization that I don't like the N2 neck, so now that I found and older OM with the N1 I am really happy with my Rainsong
