Dan Carlin's HARDCORE HISTORY Podcast
Anyone else here listening to Dan Carlin's Podcast HARDCORE HISTORY? I've listened to several and I'm hooked.
An excellent presentation of history, delivered in an interesting and insightful way. If you haven't heard these, here is one you can get an idea from. They are long (several hours each), but you come out the other side with your eyes having been opened to where we've come from in this world - and hopefully, aware of situations to be avoided. |

Ive been listening to these for some years, they are excellent. Have not heard this one, but my favorite is the Khan series.
Due to their length, they are an investment in time, but well worth it.

I have enjoyed some, and also the My History Can Beat Up Your Politics podcast. Neither are in my listen to them all the time cycle but both have been great.
It's not exactly history but I also love the behavioral economics podcasts that go into history. The podcast or not committed to a whole book form is nice. It can fit into my work day or a drive, and some history content is really good for that discipline to look outside my natural worldview. Also very nice because I'm rarely watching TV these days.

Yes I've been listening to Dan's podcasts for years. He also has a Hardcore History Addendum series that are shorter, slightly different format.
