I use the electrics and think they're just fine. Haven't tried the acoustics yet.

I got a few sets of the acoustics ones and my guitar wouldn't even hold tune through one song. These were the worst strings imaginable....at least on my guitar. There have been others who have had great success with them. I may have just gotten a bad batch.

I've used the phospher bronze for acoustic and the flatwounds on my electric archtop. I didn't like either. Personally, I would rather pay more to get strings that I feel are better.

I wasn't thrilled with the acoustic sets I tried, but I buy electric strings in quantity for my son. They seem decent, and at the rate my son breaks strings, they are certainly affordable. I still go for the D'Addarios or similar for myself, but IMHO, the Webstring electrics aren't half bad. They do offer a wide variety of electric guages that you don't always see in the music stores - like electric 011's and 012's.

I have used them for a couple of years now and have been very happy with them. I have used both the acoustic and the electric and thought for the money they are tough to beat.
Try 'em for yourself. If you don't like them you won't be out much money.

I like them and like the price. I just tried some 80/20's on my Taylor 310 and really like the sound so far, altho must admit the low e is a bad (dead) string. Other than that they've been pretty consistent.
I have some on my mandolin and they sound great too.

I have never tried webstrings strings but I have tried www.stringthis.com strings. They sell bulk packaged Martin strings. they run approximately $2 to $3 per set (6 string set) depending on the quanity you order. They are packaged in bulk/straight. I bought a tube to store them in. I used to use them all the time until I switched to the coated strings.
