Larger frets on D15M?
I have an older D15M and love the tone, but the frets are pretty small. Can these be upgraded to a medium jumbo fret or similar? Would that cause any issues?

Not at all.
Totally a personal choice, the only time it affects the tone of the instrument is when you choose another material for the fret, eg evo / stainless / brass etc Steve
