Not to mess with your placebo effect, but you should know that Turmeric simply cannot work. It’s not taken up by the body when ingested. Trials have shown that one needs to eat copious amounts just to show up in your system at all. It’s a testimony to the strangeness of the supplement industry that they continue selling and marketing it.

I'm 67 and don't take any vitamins or supplements. I have a physical each year and my doctor, whom I trust, says I don't need any.

Vit.C, D, and calcium. That's it. I am 69. My husband and doctor force them on me.
