Default Adrianne McKnight to exhibit @ Memphis too

Mom & Pop are happy to announce that our daughter and apprentice Adrianne will exhibit another one of her beautiful guitars at the upcoming Memphis Guitar Festival. The guitar is based on our most popular body style the MiniMac. 25.4" Scale length, 1-3/4" nut, 2-1/4" bridge pin spacing. She chose Zebra wood for the back and "double sides" under a seldom seen or used Norway Spruce sound board set off by a unique spalted Maple rosette. African Ebony peg head, fingerboard and bridge, Water Buffalo nut, saddle and ebony bridge pins.

So, without further adieu here are some pictures to enjoy:

Yes, it is true. This does not and will not have a side sound port.

Congratulations to Adrianne and her understandably proud Mom and Pop. The guitar looks incredible. Is there any chance that those of us unable to make the Memphis Guitar Festival might get to hear a sound clip of this gorgeous instrument???

I like to ask the owners of McGits to record. However the owner of a local recording studio might hear your request tomorrow.

Raucous APPLAUSE! Whooping and cheering for Adrianne! WOW, that is a gorgeous guitar. The whole McKnight clan should be glowing with pride- for the guitar, AND the daughter, who clearly has the talent we've seen in such great measure from Mom & Dad.

The McKnight legacy is in very good hands!

Great choice of woods, by the way. LOVE the rosette- the epitome of elegance. Every aspect of this guitar is pleasing and harmonious.

I recently acquired some beautiful Zebra wood lumber, and I'm pleased to say, it has a pretty high Q factor. My boards ring like giant marimba bars. I'm really surprised that this wood isn't used more frequently by high-end builders. It's got all the right stuff...

Adrianne, I'm certain your guitar sounds as good as it looks. You'll be a superstar at the Memphis show!

I've heard Zebrawood produces fine sounding guitars, but is supposed to be really foul smelling.

Shame on me. I was blaming that one Tim and Adrianne!

If somebody buys it on Friday, I hope they have it there later so I can still try it out.

Maybe Adrianne should ship them to ME before I ship them on to Heart's Home.

Wow - what a beautiful guitar! If I could attend the show I'd be there. Not just to see/play the guitars but to meet the entire McKnight family too

Dru, we would like that, too. You are a neighbor! Keep in mind that Canada is right next door. Kind of, maybe sort of.
