Does that Plek machine check neck angle?

"Plek-ing" before installing an acoustic neck would defeat the purpose of using such precision machinery, because the act of attaching the neck to the guitar would change the plane of the playing surface of the frets - especially at the neck-body joint. Therefore I don't believe a wise manufacturer would choose to do it that way.
