Uh x320033 in standard tuning is a g major chord not a cadd9 xx32033 is a cadd9 and xx30010 would be a cadd2 but since I'm not a piano player I call them all add2 because it makes more sense as you're adding the second degree of the scale to the chord in either case. And finally xx30013 is a csus2 and xx30033 is a csus2 too.
