I like this thread...such a cool idea. This will hopefully motivate me to start recording. It looks like that most folks on the forum use soundcloud?
Anyway, here is a short YT clip of me playing the Godfather Theme. I hope you enjoy it.

Thank you Warren, I appreciate it. I liked you Firefly theme as well though I'm not familiar with it.

I haven't had any time for recording this month, so here's a video from the open mic I hosted last week - "I'm Easy", Keith Carradine song from the Robert Altman movie 'Nashville'. It was the first song of the night, so the mic was a little low in the mix (and the camera's actually set up below the PA speaker, so picks up the guitar's acoustic sound as well as the speaker.)

very enjoyable indeed. hopefully you will do more recording. i think lots of members use youtube as well. soundcloud seems better if there is just the recording and no associated video.

thanks for sharing that. i hope there aren't any f chords in "i'm easy", because that might be ironic (or cruel).

I went it a different direction with this I guess. If any of you could play one of these songs I would love to hear it! These songs are very inspirational to me and very heart felt.

Back to the Future Johnny Be Good

Eddie and the Cruisers 2 Bar Jam - My Favorite

Eddie and the Cruisers 2 - Matter of Time - Love the lyrics........so true......listen.

Eddie and the Cruisers 2 - New York City Song - Another one of my favorites I can play the chords and sing the song, I might do that one at a later time and try to learn it right.

Rocky III - I don't think it's the right scenes for the song but it seemed right, very inspirational.

I Still Can Win - Brutal Honesty -Sorry off subject but this has inspired me 2. This is my friend and his band. Death of a Dream is the first song but I like the second one better.

Teen Wolf - Win in the End - Inspires me even still today!
