Default Help with introduction to Can't Take My Eyes off You (Frankie Valli)

Hi folks,

Learning a new song this week -- Frankie Valli's 1967 hit "Can't Take My Eyes Off You". To fit my vocal abilities better I'm doing it in the key of Eb (ie. "You've just too GOOD ..." (Eb on GOOD)). Would appreciate any help you can offer on the introduction. I believe the first chord in the intro is Bb. From listening to the song there seem to be 8 measures.

THANKS!

Do the Nashville notation method with this chart and you're done.
