SOLD-Pono MND 20C Flat-Top Octave mandolin/tenor guitar
For sale a very cool 2019 PONO MND C deluxe flat-top octave mandolin with a long 23” scale and a 1 3/8” nut. If you have felt that octave mandolins are a bit smallish and a challenge to play, this instrument is the answer. Essentially, it is an octave mandolin built on a tenor guitar body and intended as a crossover instrument for guitar players. In fact, you can remove the octave course of strings and you have a tenor guitar, so it is like two instruments in one. I bought this back in March and played it a bit, but haven’t really played it much since then. It comes with a very nice hardshell case. It is generally tuned an octave below a mandolin (GDAE) or similar to a tenor guitar (DGBE). But anything is possible. It has a solid Engelmann Spruce top and a very nice solid Mahogany back and sides. I am looking for SOLD plus actually shipping and a split ion PayPal fees.

These are great instruments! I have the same guitar but with short scale and rosewood. Just awesome. I wish I could have gotten the long scale like this one. Bump for a great deal!
