Default Trail Journals, hiking content

Good morning Folks! I love to hike, as well as I know many of you do. Thought about a thru hike of the PCT but not going to happen this time around. But there is a cool site called "trail journals.com" is about thru and section hikers that document their hikes. Pretty fun to keep up on. I got this site from a book "Old Lady on the Trail", very good read! Enjoy!

Forgot to mention, trailjournals.com covers all trails, as AT, CDT etc...

I've hiked portions of the PCT (AKA, Pacific Crest Trail). Good times. Exhilarating times.

Nice! I hike as well, if you’re ever out east and want to avoid the zoo that the AT has become, there is a long Trail in Alabama and Georgia called the Pinhoti that is moderately challenging and very picturesque, especially the sections in the Talladega National Forest.

I'm not a backpacker, just an occasional day hiker, but I enjoy reading about it. My current favorite is a British fellow named Keith Foskett, whose books you can find on Amazon. He story about hiking the PCT is epic!
