Default Aviation buffs (paging Mr Womack)....

A good friend of mine moved his Dad up here to live with him about a year ago after he lost his wife suddenly. Dad was a designer by trade and set up a little shop in his son's wood shop so he could tinker. He finished this yesterday when I was visiting. Pretty amazing in his 80's......it's probably over 4 feet long for perspective.

Beautiful! That's impressive. Is it meant to look like the North American T-6 (and AT-6) Texan?
