Guitar > Dazzo Pickups with the new Sunnaudio Tonedriver onboard preamp > either a Grace Alix Preamp DI or Red Eye DI > the house system or a Bose S1.

I use a myriad of arrangements to suit the
gig. But mainly i have a pedal board that
contains a grace felix two ch preamp (i also play mandolin),a small
optical compressor pedal, a strymon flint reverb/Tremelo,
a mini ditto and a wireless lin6 unit.My guitar plugs into
the looper than the comp then the strymon to a tuner than
an a/b switch splitting into the grace felix. to get seperate
eqs for the guitar and mandolin. xlr to board.
My main gig guitar is a 71 martin d28s 12 fret. it has a kk mini and
a sunrise mag pup installed with the ability to use either or both.
When i can, i prefer to use a mic. usually an shure sm81.
I also use a custom shop taylor dred that has a kk pup.
An Ellis custom A style mandolin with a kk twin mandolin pickup
That i had Tom Ellis install. This mandolin sounds stellar.

I use my Goodalls with a Dimarzio Black Angel pickup to a Baggs
Venue to Bose T1 to a Bose L1mod2 or L1C depending upon venue size.

Emerald X20 or X7 into a Play Acoustic pedal. Guitar and vocal run into a Fishman Loudbox Mini; direct line out from that to a Bose L1C.

I'm content with the EQ and options available with that rig.

All the following guitars are either directly input into a Line 6 L2t Active PA speaker or can be routed first through a ToneDexter and then into the Line 6 L2t. Vocals are mic'ed with a Shure Beta 58A:

Martin HD-28 Trance Amulet M-VT
Martin D Jr B-Band A1.2N-1470
Taylor 614ce ES2
Taylor 618e ES2
Taylor 356ce 12-String ES2
Taylor 322ce ES2
Taylor GS Mini-e Koa ES2

Optional: sometimes the above are also routed through a TC Helicon VoiceLive 2 to provide basis for harmony vocal generation.

The following guitars and banjos can be mic'ed with either an Ear Trumpet Labs Edwina or a Shure SM81 (these condenser mics are provided power via a Rolls PB224 Wall Wart/Battery Power Supply) and then into a line 6 L2t Active PA speaker:

Huss & Dalton TD-R
Martin D-18
Vega 12" Old Tyme Wonder
Rickard 12" Maple Ridge Dobson
Pisgah 12" Walnut Tubaphone
Bart Reiter Regent Whyte Laydie
Deering Sierra Maple Flathead

Current setup for our acoustic duo with wife on vocals and me on guitar with me singing on a couple songs on occasion depends on the gig and venue. So here are the three basic setups:

Full setup is guitar with K&K pickup > Ernie Ball VP Junior volume pedal (via an Xvive U2 wireless) > Mooer Ocean Machine reverb/dual delay pedal > Boss VE-8 Acoustic Singer (wife's vocal mic also into this pedal) > Bose S1 channel 1 with ToneMatch switch set to off, reverb off, EQ to taste. Second mic (mine) straight into Bose S1 channel 2, ToneMatch set to mic position, EQ and reverb to taste.

Small/fast setup same as above but we lose the volume pedal, the Mooer Ocean machine and the second mic. So basically just the guitar and her mic into the VE-8 into the S1. This entire setup can be run on batteries.

Last is the open mic minimalist setup where there is a decent house PA and that's just the guitar into an LR Baggs PARA DI into the PA and we use their mic.

Photo of the full setup:

Default What is your current plugged-in rig?

I use this rig for larger venues

Guitars - J45 , Yamaha Transacoustic or Yamaha SLG200s

Guitar - Flashback Delay in stereo feeding two acoustic amps - Marshall AS50D and a AER Compact 60

In smaller venues its just the Yamaha SLG200s - Flashback into the AER
Sometimes I use a Echoes From The Past Delay system in stereo but I prefer the TC Flashback with acoustic .

If I EVER play electric guitar it's the Burns Marvin into the EFTP delay into a AC30 or ZT Lunchbox but those days are very distant now

I'm doing something a bit different these days. In an effort to get the most bang out of the least amount of gear, I've made the very rewarding switch over to a digital rig.

Taylor 214ce -> Komplete KA6 Audio Interface -> Laptop/Reaper DAW -> Various EQ, Compressors, Reverbs, etc.

This is the setup I've used in the last dozen shows that my partner and I have played. At this point, I can't see myself ever going back. There is a great video by James Nash about his digital rig, was a big inspiration for me.

I'm sort of a lunatic. I don't always use the sub & crossover. Even when I do, I use my volume knob to keep things in check. Rarely get any volume complaints.

2016 Gibson J-45 Standard
Washburn Timber Ridge Custom
Fishman Prefix Premium Blend Pickups in both.
DR Pro Mic Stand.
Heil PR 35 Vocal Mic.
TC Electronics Harmony Singer Pedal
Boss OC-3 Octave Pedal
Boomerang III Digital Looper
Aphex Acoustic Xciter Direct Box
Fire-Eye Red-Eye Preamp
Allen & Heath Zed10FX Mixer
Allen & Heath Zed60 14FX Mixer (if I need more channels)
QSC Touchmix 16 (for running my weekly open mic and sound for my band)
Line 6 L3T Powered Speaker (FOH)
Line 6 L2M Powered Speaker (Monitor)
Line 6 L2T Powered Speaker (If I need more coverage or an additional monitor)
DBX 223XS Active Crossover.
Yorkville NX720s 15" Powered Subwoofer.
EV ZXA1 12" Powered Subwoofer (for smaller rooms)
I don't use both subs together. Just one depending on room size.
Rock -N- Roller RT12 Folding Cart. Can load in and out in one trip.

Live Rig for Solo Performance:

Vocal Mic: Shure Beta 58A
Guitar: Aura-equipped Martin (DC-Aura, JC-16 RE or ME, DC-Aura GT)

Both of these directly into TC Helicon PlayAcoustic, no BodyRez.

Vocal and guitar separate outs to Mackie ProFX8v2 or ProFX12v2 mixer.

Mixer outs to EV Evolve 50 PA (have larger PA if needed, but rarely do).

Veeery nice set up, I like it and I'd love to play through it if you'd come and set it up for me. In the absence of that, it looks like too much stuff and too much work. We have one guitar and three mics into the mixer, which goes to one or two Bose L1Cs, and we're off.
