Default Stephen Kinnaird #200! - Tunnel 14 Redwood/Brazilian Rosewood 00

For the last 16 years, Steve and I have had the great joy of operating a custom guitar and repair shop. We've had a lot of fun and have made a lot of instruments that we're proud of. Two hundred to be exact! It's always a nice break to design an instrument to show off our own tastes. We did just that with this 00, and we hope you like it as well.

We'll debut this guitar at the Bowersox International Guitarapalooza this weekend, but here's the sneak peek.

Tunnel 14 Redwood / Brazilian Rosewood 00
Florentine cutaway - arm bevel
1 3/4" nut - 2 1/4" saddle - 24.9" scale
Flamed bubinga rosette & binding - Green abalone purling and inlay
Brazilian Rosewood peghead, tuner buttons, and bridge
Black horn pins with green ab dots

We'll get a video up so you can hear it soon, but I will say that we're pretty proud to have this one be our 200th!

You should proud; that’s a beauty! The Bubinga trim is novel, and works perfectly. See you soon!

Very beautiful and tastefully designed.

I just got an old growth redwood top guitar today. It was sort of a luxury purchase.

That guitar is the epitome of grace and elegance. It is sumptuously appointed and beautifully made. Destined to become a legend! And being pretty familiar with the guitars you guys make, I'm certain sounds at least as beautiful as it looks. Raucous applause!

Gents, that is a really gorgeous guitar (of course it is). Congratulations on this wonderful milestone. I hope you have many many more, and that the best is yet to come.

Congrats on a great accomplishment and you did yourselves proud with that one. The BRW is exquisite, dark, rich, deep, just beautiful. The bevel and end graft appear to be floating in a ethereal mist of enchanting beauty.

Proud to have it in the home next weekend. Here is to 200 more!

That is an option on builds if you wish it. It is Steve's full initials. I had it on my first Kinnaird and always joked that it stood for Steve, Kathy, and Tom!

Wait a minute, it doesn’t? And here all this time I’ve been thinking it did…
