The standard bridge location of a stock X7 is perfect.

Tom i agree with this but that standard position is for a steel string.
When we extend the scale length of the X7 Nylon it is generally to create more tension in the strings as i feel the standard 24 inch scale is a bit too short for nylon strings.
I have found moving the bridge back just a little gives a little more punch to the overall sound and enhances the mids and trebles.
Im very open to lively debate and if we are not always on the forum to bring clarity then always feel free to call us and we will explain any aspect of our design philosophy.
