Hi Glenn - thank you for listening. It's great to hear some feedback about a song you write yourself. This one certaiy hits an emotional note or two. All the more for being inspired by a true story.

That's very interesting about your Mum! Where was she from may I ask?

We do have joyful music too - but the best stuff seems to spring from the stirrings of our stormy souls. Or something like that!

Bumping this with thanks to all who had a listen as on Easter Sunday in Ireland we commemorate the events that gave rise to the story in this song.
