Like this one? It’s a 7-year old T-8-12 currently for sale on Reverb. IMG_1554.jpg

I've never seen that headstock, but it's close to the one I was thinking of. It was the headstock on the T 20 model that I was referring to. If I could figure out how to post a picture from the web I'd put one up. Maybe someone more savvy than I could do it?

That's the one. I really like this headstock shape. Stylish, but simple.

I really like the Emerald "pointy" headstock shape because along with looking cool you can carve up an unruly crowd if need be--retain command of the stage if you will!

I would suggest closing your eyes and listen to the guitar. It won’t be an issue.

Kinda like cars, motorcycles, boats: there are some beautiful classics, but I also appreciate how the modern improvements have made the ownership a better experience. The appearance of most acoustic guitars hasn't changed much over the decades... I enjoy the playing experience so much more on a modern design like the Emeralds. Different strokes. You should buy what appeals to you. Who here would run out and buy a K-car today?

Personally, I find that to be extremely attractive. Coming from a cycling, motorsport and industrial background.....that is sexy.

I also found it hard to clip the tuner on the headstock on my X7 so I clip my tuner on the sound hole. Works great and I can see it real well! I have no issues with the look of the headstock. I think that it looks fine and the small size helps reduce any neck dive due to weight and helps with the balance of the guitar.
