A phenomenal piece of work! Doubt I will ever get a chance to play another one.

It arrived at the Fedex store today, but I'm at work today and tomorrow until 7pm so I won't be able to pick it up until Saturday. Will keep you posted!

Proof that it has arrived and is as super cool as was billed:

Edited with better link. I'll try to post my thoughts by tomorrow evening. Suffice it to say this is a master work by a master craftsman. It is the only one like it in existence, and may well be that way for the foreseeable future. I feel privileged to have participated in such a fulfilling adventure, and even though we've never met in person I feel I have grown to know Burton like a friend and brother in only ways you guys might understand.

We few, we happy few, we band of brothers, who have been blessed to embark on a quest and have reached the other side, only to be wistful and sad that the journey may be over, but may be just beginning.

I'm sorry Matthew, but you have reached the 300 post limit of the software. This is probably a good point to start a new thread anyway now that you have this fantastic guitar in your hands so you can do an NGD.

Thanks.
