Those faded studios rock! I played a few of them and they all sounded great. What Seymour Duncan did you put in the neck?

I have no clue about the pickups as they came with it when I got it.

It is a great sounding guitar though.

I got it on a trade for some gear that I had, and wanted this LP really bad, and got a really good deal on it. I had to have it and love it because it's the lightest guitar I have.

The Studio faded changed pickups over the years. There were 490R/490T and Burstbuckers Pros as well. Regardless, you've got a great guitar.

Wow! You've got some amazing guitars. I seem to recall a story of Slash and Joe Perry (I think it's Joe) and a vintage Les Paul that was gifted/traded/sold between the two a couple of times. Is this the guitar it's based on?

Beautiful guitars everyone! I finally got into LP's this year after shunning them for so long. I love the sustain on these guitars! I only have two Epi LP's so I won't post pics, but perhaps some day I'll upgrade to a Gibson!

Nice Gibson LP plus conversion guitar. Putting hardware on now. Top and were refinished in 59 burst. Maple revealed as side binding.
Thanks Preston!
