I bought it on-line. It’s in a shop about an hour away from me, gotta find time to go get it!

Cheers, Scott.

Thanks for your reply! Mahogany top mini is the most popular top wood here in AGF.

I am looking at a GS Mini. I am kind of favoring the walnut version as I played one at GC several months ago. I've noticed that most of the used ones being sold are the Mahogany version. Any reason for this you think??
Thanks,
Brian

I guess since Mahogany is the most popular top wood for the GS Mini, there will be more Hog owners and therefore more on sale. I’m just guessing.

I have the Walnut. Liked the sound of Walnut better than Koa or Mahogany.IMG_0843.jpgIMG_0848.jpgIMG_0845.jpg

I picked this up a couple of days ago. Sounds nice and balanced, with that 'Hog specialness. I think its got 12's on it though, Im going to restring it with 13's soon.

Cheers, Scott.

Cheers, Scott.

Congrats! Good looking Hog Mini. The strings usually come in 13’s by default...

Gday mate, got this one second hand. I'll measure them up tomorrow but they feel a bit slinky tension wise...
Cheers, Scott.

The mini next to the OM...

Nice. Put some Mediums or Medium lights on it. They come from the factory with Elixir Mediums. A good setup by an authorized Taylor luthier can work wonders too!

The mini next to the OM...

Interesting size comparison. I'd like to see a GSMini next to a 000 and 00.

Here's my GS Mini next to my 000-15m. 000's are the same size as OM's, aren't they?

Thanks big jilm for the picture! I think 000’s and OM’s are pretty close in size.

I would like to see a GS Mini beside a 0-15 or 0-18 or any single 0-size? Will it be smaller than the GS Mini?
