Good lord. That is pure class and a thing of beauty. I've only had the pleasure and privilege of playing a couple of SC guitars, and they truly take your breath away. The AJ, J-45 style Gibsons (in burst) are, to me, among the most gorgeous and iconic of American acoustic guitars.

Sincere congratulations and sincere wishes for you to enjoy that gorgeous instrument and bring joy to all within earshot for many, many, many years to come!

I love my VS, yours is different enough that I want that one too 😇

Beautiful, congrats, can't wait to hear it.

Fricken spectacular custom! Big Congrats to you, Eric.

Interesting thread too, as I’ve thought in the past about ordering a VS, but with the complete neck and headstock of a D/PW, and a 1 3/4 nut and 2 1/4” string spacing. But I REALLY like that you also went with the Advanced X scalloped bracing too!

Please post a sound sample when you get a chance...can’t wait to hear this thing.

That’s a great look. If the sound is even half that good you’ve got a winner. Enjoy!

Just Stunning! Still haven’t found one ever in person to play. Always wanted to, as I’m a Gibby slope guy. Happy holidays to you...

Sweet guitar! Is it weird to buy a guitar that's not your own signature guitar?

Also, are you sure you know how to play that thing?
