Any reason why Netflix or another streaming service wouldn't offer SCTV? Is it that they don't think there's a market or perhaps they just can't get the rights? Guessing it's a limited market.

Interestingly SCTV has been distributed for years by Netflix via their DVD by mail program so it is more likely a streaming rights issue. Amazon sells the entire series on DVD to this day.
