I hope I can complete the mess before sickness arrives..
Really sorry to hear this.

This is heart-wrenching to read, and my thoughts are surely with you. May your music project be deep and satisfying.

Thank you, sir and thanks to the rest of you. I have a producer to make sure of the mix and mastering when I go. I am ok with this.

I recently joined a songwriters group. Last week I wrote a blues tune using "surreal" lyrics.

This week's prompt is "murder ballad". I have my lyrics worked out. In front on me now is a guitar and some staff paper. I have an idea for an arpeggio accompaniment in A minor. I find playing arpeggios while singing a challenge. I plan to write out the line memorize and practice (a lot).

back to work

Currently working on Daughters by John Mayer.

Leo Brouwer, Nuevos Estudios Sencillos X: Omaggio a Stravinsky. Which I flat-pick on steel-string. And I changed the ending.

It's thrilling when I manage to play it without flubs, which isn't often.

I’m working on one of my own songs as performed here by AGF’s Silly Moustache. In taking inspiration from his arrangement I’ve come up with another that I am really happy with. Will post it very shortly to Show and Tell.
