Drink liquid.
Pee, poop, and probably fart.

Is there more to life?

After coffee and breakfast, prep continues for a hardwood floor replacement and refinish job starting late next week.

That, essentially, means distributing the contents of 3/4 of the first floor around the rest of the house. O joy...

Good morning! I had my typical breakfast of eggs fried in low-fat pan spray with Canadian bacon with a bowl of no-sugar-added cereal. I've settled in with my second cup of coffee to check the forums.

Plans? My lovely, lovely wife is chronically ill so it is difficult to plan anything. She's at work this morning but will get off around 2pm and I'll enjoy the rest of the weekend with her, whatever comes.

Bob

I made a tiramisu this morning. That's probably it for productive activity today. I'll play a little golf this afternoon. Tomorrow is F1 and football.

Morning Everyone.

Breakfast was oatmeal with blueberries and honey, along with some iced coffee. Currently loafing on the sofa with my laptop, waiting for the morning showers to clear out. Once they are gone, an hour or two from now, I plan to finish clearing out a severely neglected landscape bed I have been chipping away at for a while now. Other possible weekend activities include various household tasks, some quality time with my eldest kid, at least one nap, guitar and dulcimer practice, and making loose plans for the coming week.

Hope everyone has a great weekend filled with good music.

Went swimming this am. Returned home for some breakfast. The sun is shining so a long ride in the convertible is definitely in the offing. Leaves on the Blue Ridge Parkway starting to change? We'll see....

Big swell hitting the west coast since yesterday. Find some nerve, avoid the crowds and hopefully score some waves.

Careful balance is called for - doing just enough retiling work on my patio (replacing some slate) to be able to play my new resonator as much as possible with a minimum of guilt/gentle nagging from my wonderful and patient wife...
