Go Cards! After the way the season started, I'm amazed that my Cards made it this far. But even if we can get past the Padres, the Dodgers lie in wait.

Unfortunately I will remember this season as one that was wasted. Too bad

Hi Dru,
My favorite team is whoever is playing the Yankees. My second-favorite team is whoever is playing the Dodgers.

I still have a hard time believing that 2020 will go in the record books as any semblance of an official season...

Hey Jim, I think we're on the same page. Game one Yankees/Indians is going to be a pitchers duel. Cole vs Beiber (who should win Cy Young this year).

First year ever I'll be rooting for the Blue Jays.

World Series:
LA Dodgers vs Tampa Bay Rays. They were the two best teams in MLB this year.

I wonder when the last time the two best teams from each league met in the World Series? Thinking it doesn't happen often, at least not since the wild card was introduced.

I have no interest in either team.

I'd like to see LA win because they lost a World Series where the Astros were found cheating.

I'd like Tampa Bay to win because they have the 3rd lowest payroll in MLB whereas LA has the 2nd highest.

Interesting fact: Kershaw is the starting pitcher in game 1 of the World Series for the third time in four years.

I’m rooting for the low pay roll. This shift makes me a turncoat as I rooted for the Dodgers when Kofax was on the mound.

It's a reversible turncoat .

LA takes game one. Mookie had a great game, as did Kershaw. Thinking that the next game Kershaw will blow it.

Kershaw was on his game, for sure.

I love Kersh! Thankful he had great game, as the playoffs have been a bit of an achilles heel for him. We (don't you love it when a guy does this acting like he has a job on the team?) need to get Bellinger going.
Big time rooting for the Dodgers after that mess with the Astros.

My dad had an ex-player become the bullpen catcher for the Dodgers way back when. Also, anyone remember Jack Brohamer, who played 2nd for the Indians?
He was another player from his Huntington Beach HS team.

Dodgers up 2-1 in the series. Buehler is the first pitcher in World Series history to strike out 10 in 6 innings. That surprised me that no other pitcher has done that.
