Default Land of Hope and Dreams?

It was great to see Bruce Springsteen at the Inauguration playing Land of Hope and Dreams which I think was the perfect song for the day. It was different rendition than I have heard before and I having been trying to figure out which tuning he was using. Hoping someone might know.
Thanks in advance

Can't see his hands too much...Capo 2...looks like all of the strings open sounds a concert pitch A type chord...I can see the D chord, looks like it would look in open G tuning, but I hear a low D on the bottom, so I'm thinking open G, 6th string dropped to a C, capo 2.

Did all that without any instrument here though, so maybe I'll check my work tonight.

Great song, ain't it?
