Preamp + DI question from a newbie
It’s certainly worth a try, the extra 20 dB is a good feature. On the other hand you might not need it: the DI will give the mixer a balanced signal which would usually go in via a mic input. Assuming enough headroom at the mixer’s gain stage (ie input) then you may find that using that 20dB boost ends up clipping the input signal. The fact that you have a DI in your signal chain is a good move!
The only thing I’d miss on the Artec would be a mute function for when you’re not playing or you’ve put the guitar down between sets, but I don’t know which pedal it is you’re using so maybe it doesn’t have that function anyway. I use a Pz-pre preamp and one of the most useful buttons is the mute switch!

You can probably do without the tuner inline. Many DI/pres have a high impedence input for piezo-style pickups as well as ts/trs/LR out, so plugging in directly works great.

Just realised you mentioned the tuner which you have in series in your setup so you have a mute function already... I would keep it there even if your preamp and DI allow for having an always-on connection.
