I am now open to a trade. I'm looking for a 12 fret w/cutaway. Preferably mahogany back and sides. Acoustic must be in excellent condition with very minor play wear. Value differences will be worked out.

Absolutely beautiful, near mint Joshua House Fingerstyle. Photos doesn't do this acoustic justice. Same body shape as his GA model. Josh's builds start at $3,800.
Upgrades on this gem include gold EVO fret wire, K&K Pure Mini pickup, carbon graphite truss rod and flamed maple binding.
Truly a spectacular acoustic aesthetically and tonally. This one has "the volume of rosewood, the warmth of mahogany and the clarity of maple". In other words a very balanced tone with wonderful sustain and overtones. Very minor play wear.

I'd love to see more builders using alternate woods like cherry. It's a great tonewood, it's domestic, it's plentiful, & sustainable. Kudos to Joshua House, & at this price it will be gone quickly!
