I have a ToneDexter for my acoustic and two pedals for my electric. I built a combined pedal board with on-board power using a rechargeable 12V battery pack and at 12V to 9V converter. I use a splitter to provide 12V to the ToneDexter and 9V to the pedals, although the ToneDexter would be fine with 9V.

The battery I'm using is similar to this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MHNQIR2...v_ov_lig_dp_it

Default Tone Dexter + HX Stomp

Hey all, first time posting a reply.

If I wanted to power both the ToneDexter and an HX Stomp, would the DC7 do that as well?

Yes, but you'll need special cables to attach the HX Stomp to two outlets on the DC7 to provide enough current and to get the right polarity. Cioks makes the cables, and you can order them (they are not among those that come with the unit). Here's a video from Cioks that explains things. Go to 2:50 for the details about the Stomp:

The ToneDexter will accept 9-15V, center positive or negative, at 700ma.

In 5 hours of having it supply power to the ToneDexter, it had not even registered the 70% level. It costs $70 (as of Feb 2020).

Yes I can run everything without mains. It's so cool...
