Default Your One and Only!

A 2-part question I’ve pondered, and wonder what your response might be as well:
1) If you were able to keep only one guitar that you currently own, which one would it be?
2) If you could magically change anything on that one guitar, what would it be?

I’m still struggling with own response!

It would be my Froggy K. And I wouldn’t change a thing.

Out of all my guitars it would be my Gibson SG. My Grandmother and parents went together and got it for me.

Since it's been played hard I would have it refinished, a re-fret, and replace the tuners. But the tuners would be what is correct for a 1963 SG.

For my acoustics it would be my Takamine GD93. Since the guitar is only a couple years old it doesn't need any thing. So I would trade it in for a Gibson Dove.

I'd keep my 2020 Gibson Custom Shop Historic 1957 SJ-200 Vintage Sunburst - if I could change something I would prefer the more ornate pick guard with blue dots and outline used on the Historic Pre-War SJ-200.

Would that be with the upside down bridge and loose binding made in Canada by the Irish/Czech brothers ... James and Jakub O'Novak.

"One guitar" threads should be a banned topic,

I'd keep my Lowden F32. Honestly wouldn't change a thing about it.

My Webber L00 spruce mahogany. Every time I pick it up I'm incredibly impressed all over again.

No......

My Gretsch 5420 that my oldest daughter completely surprised me with one Christmas...

No....

My favorite guitar to play, my new Martin D-18

No....

My one guitar that does it all, my Fender Telecaster

This topic hurts to think about. I’m trying to decide to buy more or downsize to three. Anyways my 2006 000-18GE wins just the way it is.

Is it just me, or does that back kind of look like one of those old tuning forks?
Beautiful!

Funny, but it would have been my '07 000-18GE if I still owned it.

Now it's my Collings OM1 JL. I would not change a thing.
