Does anyone know what guitar this is?

Hi I'm new to this forum so sorry if I've posted this question in the wrong place. I've been listening to this band 'Bombay Bicycle Club' for quite some time and I'm just curious to know what guitar the singer is using in these pictures. It doesn't look like a martin or any big name brand and it seems quite old.

Thanks the headstocks do look the same. Do you have any idea what model it is, it looks vintage. Though I guess it might not be in production anymore.
