Default take a look at the Epiphone EL00

I have a Epiphone EL00,after a good setup and some quality medium strings
it plays and sounds as good as any Gibson i have played,if your into the Gibson sound.Its just the right size and great for blues,but i play everything on it.I paid less than $275 for it.Awsome little guitar for cheap.

Terrific sound, I'm just not a fan of cedar tops. Another Washburn I have is spruce/rosewood and is my ideal rosewood dread, I like it over any Martin or Taylor rosewood dread. The Washburn rosewoods have great sound - thick and focused low end with full mids and ringing highs, no muddy or thumpy bass like other brands.
