My Sweet Lord all accoustic

My nephew and I are having fun with 'My Sweet Lord'. We are playing it in Em.

We are both using accoustics. My request is some direction for the accoustic on how to do the sliding part done by the electric guitar in the original version.

We don't want to copy it but just to give a bit of flavor on the accoustic. What would be a good note to start on (string and fret) and a slide to what note...we can try and figure it out after that.
