Default Can you decipher this guy's playing ("Apologize")?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JwvBeHbDL9Q

So, the chords for the song are Cm, Ab, Eb and Bb. I'm especially interested in the way he's playing Eb (on the first 3 frets?) and Bb (I'm not hearing the "straight" Bb, if you know what I mean). I could manage those little builds between Bb and Cm again, but I can't really figure the chords he's using. Thanks!

He's getting a low E flat on his 6th string so he might have the whole guitar tuned down a semi tone.

If that’s the case the shapes he plays will be C#m, A, E and B.

Tune to one half step down from standard tuning to:
Eb-Bb-Gb-Db-Ab-Eb
