Very good condition.....minor swirling on pickguard and light play wear on this guitar. Frets are in great shape. Professional Set-Up and Pick-Up Install. Incredibly versatile.... Kind of amazed this hasn't long since sold. I played one of these a couple of years ago and if I could have afforded it, I'd absolutely have bought it. It was NOS in a shop. That Mod-V neck and tone was one of the things that got me real interested in a CEO-7, which I bought about 6-8 months later. If this had been available at this price anytime in that interim, I'd have been all over it. And if I didn't have the CEO-7, I'd be all over it now...

Have to agree fellas, hard to believe this one is still around. I had one a few years back. Top notch small body acoustic. Actually, big sound from a small body.
